AN ACT to repeal §20-11-5a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, relating to a recycling assessment fee upon the
disposal of solid waste.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of section relating to a recycling assessment fee upon
the disposal of solid waste.
Section five-a, article eleven, chapter twenty of the Code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
